A senior real estate and hospitality executive with a proven record of accomplishment in asset management, transactions, development, valuation, strategy, and capital markets; Tim oversees all aspects of Royal Oak Asset Management.
Tim previously led the development of Big 4's asset management platform that monitored over $1bn in real estate assets. He was also responsible for the asset transaction and development advisory service lines for the organization’s largest US geography.
With a passion for teaching and mentorship, Tim was an adjunct faculty at NYU as well as an assistant adjunct professor at Columbia University's Masters of Real Estate program.
Tim holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.

Zoe primary focus is the Portugal Strategic Growth Fund and working with the firm's international partners and investors.
Throughout her career, Zoe has been focusing on international investment and global mobility. Zoe was the country manager for Portugal for one of the world's largest migration agents where she advised clients on global wealth creation and citizenship solutions through cross border real estate investment. Previously, Zoe worked at the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce. She also was a partner of Rare Earth Capital, a private fund and consultancy firm that invests and advises on sourcing raw materials, commodities and other investment projects.
Zoe received a BS in Economics degree from Beijing Normal University, and an MS in Management from Nova School of Business and Management at Nova University of Lisbon.

Zoe Chen
Kerstin focuses on the firm’s asset management, investment, business development and operations.
Previously, Kerstin led the business development efforts and project management for a renowned design firm. Earlier in her career, Kerstin was a fixed income analyst at APG Asset Management, one of the world’s largest pension investors with more than $600 billion AUM, where she specialized in mortgage-backed securities.
Kerstin received a MS in Actuarial Science from Columbia University, a BA with double major in Economics and German from University of California, Davis.

Jimmy focuses on the firm's asset management, fundraising and new investment underwriting.
Previously, Jimmy worked at Goldman Sachs focusing on retail lending products and the firm's digital finance platform. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jimmy started his career at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on the investor relation and operation for the Private Equity and Real Estate products offered to Morgan Stanley's ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Jimmy is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. Jimmy holds a MS in Management from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BBA in Finance from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.

Kuangyin leads the firm's asset management and new investment underwriting.
Previously, he worked at Foundry Commercial focusing on acquisition and development opportunities in office, industrial, and retail assets. Prior to Foundry Commercial, Kuangyin was an advisor to the Chairman of Sanpower Group, a private-held conglomerate with $16bn in revenue, where he focused on corporate development and strategy. He also was a founding member of the private equity arm of Zhongzhi Enterprise Group, a leading asset management firm with $200bn AUM.
Kuangyin received a BS in Finance degree from Kunming University of Science and Technology, an MS in Applied Finance degree from Pepperdine University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
